Local Online may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service shall be construed as your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

Billing

All billing disputes, with Local Online, must be received at our business office in writing, and the obligation to pay for service will continue until such notice is received. Termination of your service does not constitute relief from charges incurred prior to termination.

YOUR ACTION IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL DIAL-UP INTERNET SERVICE. Cancellation may be submitted by phoning the Local Online at (810) 748-9010. Upon cancellation, accounts will be terminated -- money will not be refunded for a partial month. There is a $10.00 fee to re-activate the account.
