• Local Online programs for you the two (or more) Domain Name Servers required by InterNIC for a successful registration. Your Domain Name Service is maintained for a minimum of one year and can be extended at your option.
• We forward your application electronically to InterNIC in the exact format they require, and monitor its progress as it is received and awaits processing.
• Finally, we notify you when the domain name is approved and registered, including a copy of the confirmation received from InterNIC and other essential information for your records.
• The entire process usually takes from a few days to a week to complete (most are now being completed in 24 hours). At the end of this time you will have your domain name(s) officially registered and in your control.

Local Online fee covers service through the completed registration and guarantees one successful domain name registration including the required name service. We charge a one-time fee, with NO monthly charges.

InterNIC Fee

InterNIC, the domain registration authority, will bill you separately for $70, to cover the first two years of registration. After two years, InterNIC charges $35 per year to maintain domain name registration. These are fees we all have to pay!

Please Remember: Local Online acts as a service agent only. Once registered, THE APPLICANT OWNS THE DOMAIN NAME and assumes responsibility for any future obligations, renewal fees, etc., needed to maintain or modify domain name.
